Cancellation Policy

The Centrepoint Cancellation Policy applies to all events that involve a monetary payment.

A member who cancels her/his participation in an event after the cancellation deadline will be charged the admission price of the event or the individual cost for the activity, if no replacement can be found, on any event where it states "Cancellation Policy Applies”.

The cancellation deadline for events shall be the reservation deadline unless stated otherwise. A reminder email close to the deadline shall be provided by the programme leader. Even when the Cancellation Policy does not apply, members are kindly asked to cancel as soon as possible directly to the programme leader or event organiser if for any reason they are unable to attend an event for which they have reserved. Such a courtesy will allow any members and/or guests (as appropriate) on the waiting list to participate.

This policy is effective March 1, 2013. Programme leaders who wish to cancel an event should notify participants as well as send an email to cancellation{at}centrepoint.ch.
