Building Bridges: Sev Mironov and Bridge for Beginners
After joining Centrepoint in 2015, Sev has led the Bridge for Beginners group with patience, enthusiasm and a passion for teaching. Having played since he was a young student - long before internet tutorials or AI chatbots existed - he sees it as a unique combination of logic, strategy, intuition and teamwork.

Centrepoint Members’ ArtWall Vernissage
It might be easy to overlook the artworks on display at our clubhouse with the flood of art-related activities in town. This month the ArtWall team organized a splendid exhibit of Centrepoint members’ creative efforts. More than 40 arts aficionados attended the Vernissage and Apero.

Yodelling Unites City and Countryside in Basel
From 26 to 28 June 2026, Basel will transform into a huge yodelling village for the first time in a century. Twelve thousand yodellers, alphorn players and flag-wavers will bring traditional Swiss customs to the urban setting of Basel.
