Special Announcement

Dear Centrepointers,

At the Annual General Meeting in March, I shared that I was beginning my third and final year as Centrepoint’s President and appealed to the membership for a willing and able successor to step forward. I am delighted to inform you that our member Anna Frick has volunteered to take on the role. 

In the best interests of Centrepoint and to ensure a smooth transition, I have decided to step down as President with effect from 1st November 2026. In accordance with our Statutes, the Governing Board will appoint Anna as President from that date. At the same time, the Board will appoint me as Board Secretary, following Anna Li’s resignation from that position in June. Both Anna Frick and I will stand for election to the roles of President and Board Secretary respectively at the Annual General Meeting in March 2027, when the membership will vote on these appointments.

​It has been a pleasure for me to serve as Centrepoint’s President, and I look forward to continuing to support Centrepoint as Board Secretary, working with Anna and the Board to shape Centrepoint’s future.
